INTERNATIONAL STANDARD (HK SPEED POST): $15 AUD 

Orders placed Monday through Friday HKT (UTC +8) (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Hong Kong speed post does not have a signature on delivery option, so please ensure all delivery premises are secure. 

JOE SUN is not responsible for the package once it leaves our office. Please ensure you ship to a safe address. Lost or damaged packages must be reported to the carrier that handled the delivery and are not the responsibility of JOE SUN.

Please note: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Unfortunately, JOE SUN cannot be held responsible for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note, due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange/return euro shorts or one piece swimwear. We have chosen to avoid the use of the plastic hygiene liners and therefore cannot accept returns on these pieces. Thank you for understanding.

For the return or exchange of our rash guards, please email us at hello@joe-sun.com with your order number and we will process. Please note, shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to Hong Kong. To avoid loss, your item will also need to be tracked on return. The customer must also pay for the return shipping of the replacement item if it is an exchange.

Orders must be returned within 10 days from the day of receipt.

Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 10 day policy we will not be able to process your exchange.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Pieces to be returned must meet the following requirements:

  1. the item is in original condition, with all tags attached
  2. the item has not been worn, damaged or washed
  3. the item is NOT a swimsuit or euroshort - these items won't be accepted
  4. you notify us and return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt
  5. the return form is included with the item
  6. if the item is considered faulty, it needs to be first deemed faulty by JOE SUN
  7. the items received are different to the pieces you ordered

Once your return has been received and inspected we will refund you by your original payment method. Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.

 
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at hello@joe-sun.com so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
